Job summary

ID Logistics US in Richmond, VA seeks a Quality Coordinator to manage training matrices, SOPs and quality-system records in our distribution center. You will ensure SOPs stay current, audits are prepared, and corrective actions and safety communications are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy across DC5 accounts, GMP compliance with systems like Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS and Manhattan, plus timely documentation of internal audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years related experience preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits is current.
• Reports corrective actions to associates to comply with QC.
• Reports Safety non-conformance.
• Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies from cycle counts and determines root cause.
