Job summary

ID Logistics US in White Haven, PA seeks a detail‑oriented Records and Quality Associate to support audits and maintain SOPs and training records at the DC5 site. You will help ensure quality systems documentation is current and compliant.

The role requires proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory controls, with a focus on accurate recordkeeping and timely communication across teams. Shift-based work supports 24/7 warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Knowledge of inventory control and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Keeps internal audit documentation current.
• Reports corrective actions that comply with QC.
• Reports safety non-conformance.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Identifies and researches inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Familiar with Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
