Job summary

ID Logistics US in Somerset, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Compliance Associate to support our quality systems and maintain documentation for SOPs, training and internal audits. The role requires careful recordkeeping, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and logistics software.

You will maintain SOPs, support audit readiness, and ensure documentation meets QC standards while collaborating with site teams, supervisors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Two years related experience or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to write reports and procedures
• Ability to present information to various stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Ability to perform basic math in various units
• Strong organizational skills and integrity in recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training)
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements
• Maintains documentation for internal audits
• Reports corrective actions that comply to QC
• Reports Safety non-conformance
• Ensures inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts
• Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
• Follows GMP and reports noncompliance
• Observes safety rules and enforces as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned
