Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Quality team, ensuring accuracy and speed in quality processes.

The role focuses on maintaining SQF compliance, handling supplier invoices and document control while supporting audits and continual improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Quality, 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role, and strong proficiency in GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably food/beverage industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF) – certification required.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, sensory tasting must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to food quality and food safety standards per corporate, customer, and regulatory bodies (e.g. SQF).
• Set and maintain high accuracy for administrative tasks within Quality Dept.
• Provide administrative support to QA team to meet departmental objectives.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of laboratory supplies; manage invoices for lab supplies.
• Support and maintain compliance with third-party food safety and quality certifications; improve SQF system.
