Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association in Boardman, OR is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee the Quality department and Site Sanitation. You will guide daily management, ensure safety, food safety, and compliance with HACCP and regulatory standards while supporting cross-functional teams across production.

The role emphasizes coaching, training and continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment. Some night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Min. 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Experience supervising teams and implementing improvements.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ODA, SQF preferred.
• HACCP and PCQI certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality department and Site Sanitation at facility level.
• Lead training, coaching and support for quality staff across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Plans and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Supplier Quality.
• Develop and report KPIs, budgets and action plans.
