Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association seeks a Senior Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant maintenance, controls, and engineering to ensure equipment reliability and food-safety compliance. You’ll manage capital projects, budgets, and a team of engineers and supervisors in collaboration with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Experience managing facility and grounds maintenance.
• May be required to work nights and weekends.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance strategy to maximize plant efficiency and product quality.
• Lead and mentor supervisors and engineers, fostering teamwork.
• Oversee capital projects from planning to execution and budget control.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with safety and food-safety standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Corporate Engineering on capital initiatives.
