Tillamook is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Boardman, OR to lead the Quality department and Site Sanitation, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance in a dairy manufacturing setting. You will train and coach QA staff, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, and GMPs, with potential cross-shift coverage and a focus on safety, quality and performance metrics across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy science or food technology is a plus but not required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably in dairy.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ODA and SQF requirements preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• HACCP certification.
• PCQI certification.
• SQF Practitioner and Internal Audit certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Quality department and Site Sanitation functions at the facility level.
• Direct, train, coach and support plant quality staff across multiple shifts.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Plans, SSOP, FSMA, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage KPIs, budgets and cost-saving initiatives for the quality function.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Customer/Supplier QA teams.
