The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2-3 years in food manufacturing, and prior lead experience or education.

- Prior Lead experience or education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Keep production and milk receiving areas safe, sanitary, and efficient.
- Participate in complex problem solving and continuous improvement.
