Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing facility and grounds maintenance.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, controls, and engineering.
• Direct maintenance activity within the plant to maximize production efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and engineers.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee capital projects.
