Job summary

Actalent in Tampa, FL seeks a Solution Executive to lead sales pursuits across the Quality Management Consulting Services practice. You will drive pre-sales, transition to delivery, and account management with approximately 50% travel.

The role requires strong communication, broad QMS expertise, and proven ability to shape opportunities, proposals, and engagements. This is a remote-friendly, permanent position with a Tampa base.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, facilitation, writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and develop solutions.
• Experience with consultative sales, opportunity qualification, scope development, proposals, client presentations, and project transitions.
• Knowledge of quality systems, audits, supplier quality, risk management, metrics and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with AS9100, IATF, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to translate gaps into actionable improvement programs with defined scope and governance.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, energy or software-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Services BD team through account planning and market assessment.
• Work with clients to define Quality Management System needs, regulatory obligations, and gaps.
• Identify and shape consulting and managed services opportunities in QMS and audits.
• Engage with experts to ensure solution quality and clear client communication.
• Drive discovery, scope, estimation, proposals and contracting activities.
• Manage the project origination process and internal alignment.
• Conduct health checks to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop case studies, frameworks, and proposal content.
• Build relationships with partners, providers, and certification bodies.
• Co-facilitate partner summits and client workshops to boost engagement.
