Job summary

Applause is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to build trusted relationships with customers, lead engagements implementing our SaaS testing solution, and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams. This remote role travels to client sites as needed.

You will manage projects from planning to delivery, coach a team of delivery specialists, and continuously improve processes to maximize value. Strong QA knowledge, communication, and executive liaison experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a 4 year university.
• 4+ years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience with at least 3 years' software testing lead or management experience.
• 4+ years of system implementation or consulting experience with at least 3 years as a senior consultant or project manager.
• Experience in web and mobile software testing or QE.
• Google experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of client projects from start to finish.
• Client management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and communicating regularly.
• Solution delivery: Ensure delivered solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Team management: Manage a team of solution delivery specialists with coaching and performance reviews.
• Process improvement: Continuously review and optimize the delivery process.
