Job summary

BD's Quality Rotational Program offers recent graduates a three-year path rotating through New Product Development or Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Post Market Quality or Quality Systems.

Locations include Tempe, AZ among others; relocation support is provided to qualified candidates, and the program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and leadership exposure within a global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or other related major with expected gradution December 2026 - June 2027.
• Prior internship or Co-op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven technical aptitude and strong leadership potential
• Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
• Excellent written and communications skills
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three areas of Quality over three years: New Product Development or Sustaining engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Post Market Quality or Quality Systems.
• Relocate to a new US location for each rotation to gain exposure to different products, processes and people.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver meaningful quality outcomes.
