Job summary

BD is seeking new engineering graduates for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP), a three-year, three-location rotation offering exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design. Participants relocate annually to different U.S.

sites, with relocation support for those who qualify. Graduates in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical or Chemical engineering, graduating Dec 2026–Jun 2027, must be willing to

Qualifications

• New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree.
• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Willing to relocate three times in three years and work in the US without work-duration restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across medical manufacturing and technology.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.
• Relocate to new U.S. locations annually with relocation support for qualified candidates.
