Job summary

BD's Quality Rotational Program offers recent graduates a dynamic opportunity to launch their careers by rotating through three distinct areas of Quality over three years, including New Product Development, Manufacturing Quality, and Post Market Quality.

Participants will relocate for each rotation to gain diverse experience across BD’s sites in Tempe, Covington, Warwick, San Diego, and more, with sponsorship for mentorship and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field with expected graduation Dec 2026 – Jun 2027.
• Prior internship or Co-op in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three QA areas over three years (NPD/Sustaining, Manufacturing Quality, Post Market/Quality Systems).
• Relocate to new US locations for each rotation to gain diverse experience.
• Support quality initiatives and regulatory compliance across BD’s operations.
