Job summary

InterSystems in Boston, MA is launching the Quality Development Rotational Program for soon-to-be graduates in CS, SE, math, physics or related fields. Participants will rotate across teams to implement test automation, build CI pipelines, and diagnose root causes of bugs in distributed systems.

You'll work with engineering mentors, gain exposure to interoperability platforms and data infrastructure, and explore careers in test automation, performance engineering, or security testing.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduates with a STEM degree (CS, SE, Math, Physics, etc.).
• Graduation dates Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 (BS, MS, or PhD).
• Strong Linux/Windows, networking, and programming fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Implement test automation and build CI pipelines.
• Identify root causes of bugs and regressions in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with development teams across InterSystems.
• Contribute to software quality at scale including performance and security testing.
