Job summary

BD invites fresh graduates to join its Quality Rotational Program, a three-year journey through New Product Development or Sustaining engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Post Market Quality or Quality Systems. Participants will relocate for each rotation across multiple locations in the US, with relocation support provided and strong leadership exposure.

Eligible candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2026–2027, have internship/Co-op experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or other related major with expected gradution December 2026 - June 2027.
• Prior internship or Co-op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven technical aptitude and strong leadership potential
• Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
• Excellent written and communications skills
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three areas of Quality over three years: New Product Development or Sustaining engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Post Market Quality or Quality Systems
• Relocate to new US locations for each rotation; relocation support provided
• Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
