Job summary

Phillips Medisize is launching an Engineering Rotational Program designed to develop early career engineers through three 6-month rotations at multiple U.S. locations.

The 18-month program provides hands-on experience in design, testing, and process improvement with mentorship from senior engineers. Participants gain exposure across manufacturing, quality, and engineering disciplines, while building a cross-functional network and identifying their preferred specialty.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Engineering degree or alternative program.
• Internship/Co-Op/Work Experience in Engineering.
• Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location.
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and engineering tasks; execute testing and generate models.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Participate in design verification activities to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and build working relationships.
