Job summary

Oatly AB in Ogden, Utah seeks a detail‑oriented quality/process associate to support HACCP, GMP, and site quality systems. You will work with site leadership to maintain and improve safety and product quality, perform basic lab tests, monitor processes, and help drive Lean improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires at least a year in food/processing, strong IT skills, and the ability to work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in food or processing industry.
• Technical orientation with quality focus and HACCP understanding.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and develop the site's quality system and HACCP.
• Participate in LEAN/Improvement work and GMP compliance.
• Perform basic lab tests (pH, viscosity, solids, titration).
• Monitor process data, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations.
• Collect samples at different process stages and act on results.
• Conduct ATP swabbing and ensure sanitation schedules are followed.
• Follow PPE, safety standards, and general housekeeping.
