Job summary

Oatly AB in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead day-to-day quality programs at our manufacturing facility, oversee long-range planning, and ensure compliance with FDA/FSMA, HACCP, BRC and Kosher/Halal standards.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement and R&D to elevate quality programs, drive corrective actions, and sustain our reputation for top product quality. Base salary around $120,000–$138,000 USD per year with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong foundation in food safety.
• 3–5 years of manager or supervisory experience in quality.
• Experience with HACCP, FDA/FSMA and GFSI standards audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality programs in a hands-on leadership style.
• Lead the quality department at both operational and strategic levels.
• Review and upgrade quality procedures, coordinating with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement and R&D to enhance quality programs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/FSMA, HACCP, GFSI (BRC/SQF) and Kosher/Halal standards.
• Coordinate with Plant Leadership on sanitation, environmental monitoring and corrective actions.
• Manage Hold-and-Release, deviation management and CAPA processes.
• Support Identity Preserved Food Status certifications and regulatory audits.
