Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan seeks a Performance Improvement lead to coordinate and drive enterprise quality initiatives across its health system. You will guide PI methodology, oversee cross-functional projects, and prioritize workload to deliver measurable improvements in care quality and efficiency.

The role focuses on applying PDSA and other QI tools, developing dashboards, and collaborating with PICs to meet performance goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or a clinically related field of study, or business from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Manages cross-functional teams to align quality improvement strategies and prioritize value-based initiatives.
• Applies performance improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA) to drive and support improvement across the health system.
• Develops and monitors metrics, standards, and dashboards; collects and analyzes quality and performance data.
• Identifies performance trends and recommends corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
