Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related health field is required.
• At least 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Formal project management and performance improvement training (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Certification in IHI's model for improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, or CPHQ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PI activities and lead performance improvement projects.
• Collaborate with clinical areas to ensure care meets evidence-based standards.
• Analyze QA data and report findings to committees and leadership.
• Develop staff education related to quality and PI initiatives.
