Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient 24/7 shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure standardized work, Lean practices, and SQDCP performance metrics while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for shift-level issues, develop team capability, and drive cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Leads safe, efficient shift operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Drives Lean manufacturing and 6S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Trains and develops team members on SOPs, SWIs, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to standardized work and SQDCP metrics.
• Coach and develop team to improve performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on employee relations.
