Job summary

Panasonic Energy seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance team on B shift. You will coordinate schedules, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, and align work with Quality, Schedule, and Cost goals.

The role requires mentoring staff and leading lean initiatives across shifts. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, CAD and measurement tools experience, and a solid safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/ops with people management.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, blueprints, CAD, and measurement tools.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement; cross-functional work ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct maintenance members to meet goals.
• Hire, train, develop, engage, and drive accountability.
• Ensure trained and certified personnel perform tasks.
• Maintain manufacturing floor presence; address bottlenecks.
• Oversee multiple shifts; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage overtime and drive cost improvement initiatives.
• Lead meetings and communicate manufacturing metrics.
