You will manage inspections, drive corrective actions, and coordinate a team of technicians and inspectors to ensure product quality and process reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, FTA) within ISO 9001 frameworks. On-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a high-volume manufacturing environment with quality focus.
• Experience with quality management tools including SPC, FTA, FMEA.
• Ability to learn new technologies and balance multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality control plan inspections and related activities.
• Maintain quality control processes and ISO quality management on the floor.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise a quality team of technicians and inspectors.
• Develop process flow improvements to support efficiency and cost reduction.
