Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained by enforcing compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal processes at the production facility.

You will lead audits, investigate failures, manage CAPA, and provide daily quality data to facility and regional leadership. The role emphasizes SPC/SQC, problem solving, and strong communication to drive improvements while upholding SQF requirements and safe operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in production/manufacturing with quality leadership preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of SQF, ISO, and regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Track, analyze, and lead internal quality and customer complaint initiatives.
• Review and implement SOPs for site and corporate programs.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, subcontractor, and regulatory audits.
• Manage CAPA system and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide daily quality data and feedback to facility and regional leadership.
• Ensure SQF documents are up to date and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Work with production managers to improve product quality and reduce costs.
