Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Thorough knowledge of quality standards and methodologies.
• Ability to learn proprietary software and enterprise complaint management systems.
• Professional training or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and execute site SOPs for implementation.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
• Serve as ISO 9001:2015 management representative and lead ISO audits.
• Manage the mill Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead investigations of detected quality issues and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production to maximize product quality and reduce costs.
• Analyze quality data and drive improvement initiatives.
• Document and approve site-specific deviations or releases as required.
• Utilize enterprise tools to track complaints and CAPAs.
