Job summary

Smurfit Westrock seeks a Quality Manager to ensure quality standards across our production facility. You will drive internal quality initiatives, manage customer complaints, and oversee audits to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

You will collaborate with production leadership to maximize product quality, implement CAPA actions, and maintain SQF documentation and compliance across the site. A strong background in manufacturing quality and statistical tools is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years work-related production/manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years production supervisory experience.
• Analytical and statistical tools support quality like SPC/SQC.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and lead internal quality and customer complaint initiatives.
• Review and implement site SOPs for production.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
• Deliver executive level presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with production managers to maximize product quality and reliability.
