Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including auditing and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing methodologies.
