Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Experience leading quality teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inspection and testing processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Manage customer complaint resolution processes, ensuring timely investigation, effective corrective actions, and communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to establish quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.
