Job summary

The Pivot Group Network collaborates with Grandville-area manufacturers to connect experienced Quality Managers with leading opportunities. This role focuses on building and sustaining quality systems, leading a team of quality engineers and inspectors, and driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee RCA/CAPA, supplier quality, ISO 9001 compliance, and data-driven quality metrics. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing quality are expected, with Six Sigma/Lean and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with ISO 9001 implementation and auditing.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes.
Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
