Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC, is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead day-to-day quality operations and sanitation programs in our beverage manufacturing facility.

This role requires strong knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, SAP, and lab testing, plus the ability to mentor staff and drive continuous improvement. Evenings with occasional weekends align with production schedules.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in quality in beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, and FDA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily quality operations and sanitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise Quality staff and make personnel decisions.
• Monitor KPI and manage QA budgets.
• Maintain lab equipment and conduct product testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on quality issues.
