Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, drive efficiency, and ensure quality and safety compliance. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet production and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in improving productivity while maintaining GMP/SQF standards.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading production in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, SQF, and HACCP principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production.
• Lead personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Manage budgets, costs, and operational metrics.
• Provide training, direction, and evaluations for staff.
• Communicate goals and production results to management with regular reports.
