Zusammenfassung

Baxter is seeking a Quality Lab Associate I - Chemistry for the 7pm-7am shift. You will perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, solutions, and components following SOPs and test methods to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain instruments, prepare reagents, and contribute to control strategies while upholding 6S and GMP standards. Collaboration with the quality team is essential to sustain safe, reliable processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences with chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a chemistry lab or a Master’s with relevant experience.
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation.
• Familiarity with LIMS or equivalent system and TrackWise.
• Proficiency in at least three lab techniques: HPLC, GC, AA, Flame Photometry, FTIR, UV-Vis.

Aufgaben

• Analyze organic or inorganic compounds to determine properties using chromatography, spectroscopy, or spectrophotometry.
• Maintain lab instruments; troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Prepare test solutions, standards, or reagents for tests.
• Follow lab safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Monitor procedures to conform to standards.
• Operate lab equipment (pipettes, burets, balances, hot plates).
• Review samples, log, and enter data into LIMS; maintain data integrity.
