Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 7pm-7am shift to ensure the highest standards of product quality on the production floor. The role emphasizes rigorous adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and accurate documentation, with responsibilities spanning line checks, sampling, and collaboration with teams.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, basic English, and at least 6 months on a production floor or in quality control, plus familiarity with measurement tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months production floor or quality control experience preferred.
• Basic English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient with measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, ruler).

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled line checks, verify filling equipment and supplies, ensure correct batch signage.
• Collect samples and verify containers, components and over-pouch meet quality standards; check print legibility and leakage.
• Examine packaging equipment performance against quality standards and batch information.
• Train and assist other Quality Inspectors; participate in process/equipment improvement initiatives.
• Escalate safety, quality or discrepancy issues to supervisor; maintain 6S workspace and SOPs.
