Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages multidisciplinary quality and patient safety improvement projects.
• Manages project timelines, agendas, minutes, reports and status updates.
• Supports organization-wide safety culture advancement with increasing independence.
• Uses quality improvement frameworks (IHI, Lean) and data analytics for project execution.
• Interacts with clinical staff to improve performance on quality measures.
• Develops data collection tools and ensures data integrity for assigned projects.
