Boston Medical Center is seeking a Quality & Patient Safety Program Specialist to support a system-wide quality and safety program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture and improve reliability in a complex healthcare system.

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of quality and patient safety improvement projects, from design through data analysis and sustainment, with opportunities to mentor staff and participate in Joint Commission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required;Graduate degree preferred.
• Concentration in nursing, science or healthcare field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, implementation and sustainment of organization-wide quality/safety programs.
• Supports data collection, analysis and reporting for quality projects.
• Assists in Joint Commission readiness and readiness surveys.
• Mentors associates in Quality & Patient Safety.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety.
