Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is seeking a Program Manager - Quality Improvement to lead the organization’s quality program, drive performance measurement, data governance, and analytics across the agency.

Under supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, you will supervise staff, develop dashboards, ensure regulatory reporting, and collaborate with IT and operations to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 5+ years in quality improvement or related field with program leadership.
• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the Quality Improvement Program and initiatives.
• Provide leadership for quality management and performance improvement.
• Oversee performance measurement, data governance, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with IT and leadership to enhance data integrity and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory reporting.
• Advise executive leaders on quality improvement methodologies and trends.
• Supervise supervisory, professional, and technical staff and workforce planning.
