Under supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, you will supervise staff, develop dashboards, ensure regulatory reporting, and collaborate with IT and operations to improve client outcomes.
Tri-City Mental Health Authority is currently hiring to fill a vacancy for the position of Program Manager - Quality Improvement for our Quality, Compliance, and Health Information (QCH) department.
The Program Manager – Quality Improvement position plans, organizes, directs, and manages the Authority’s Quality Improvement Program to support continuous organizational improvement through performance measurement, quality management, data governance, and organizational analytics. This includes leading the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives designed to improve organizational performance, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes.
Under general supervision and direction, this position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and exercises direct supervision over supervisory, professional, and technical staff through subordinate levels of supervision, including the Data Supervisor and assigned Quality Improvement personnel.
Ideal Candidate
Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties of the position is qualifying. A typical example includes:
Equivalent to a master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Leadership, Behavioral Health Administration, Human Services, or a closely related field.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, healthcare quality, organizational performance management, data analytics, healthcare administration, behavioral health administration, or a closely related field, including responsibility for leading organization-wide quality improvement initiatives, performance measurement, and regulatory reporting.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience, including supervision of professional staff and, preferably, experience supervising through subordinate supervisors. Qualifying experience should include workforce planning, work assignment, performance evaluation, recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, and corrective or disciplinary actions.
Possession of these certifications is desirable but not required.
