Job summary

Hoyleton Youth & Family Services is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist II to support agency-wide quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives. The role analyzes processes, leads improvement projects, and trains departments to meet COA, DCFS, Medicaid, and other standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, developing action plans, and assisting with policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business or related field OR certification in Continuous Quality Improvement.
• Minimum of two years’ experience performing quality improvement and compliance duties.
• Six Sigma working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Audit documentation for compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Lead process improvement projects and monitor outcomes.
• Train staff on quality and compliance practices.
• Develop and manage action plans to improve KPIs.
• Support departmental policy updates and program reviews.
