Job summary

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist II to enhance agency-wide compliance and client outcomes. The role drives continuous process improvement across departments, aligning with DCFS, DHS, Medicaid, COA standards and accreditation goals.

You will lead training, monitor performance indicators, and collaborate with program staff and leadership to design solutions that improve workflow efficiency and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human service, business or related field required OR a certification in Continuous Quality Improvement.
• Minimum of two years’ experience performing quality improvement and compliance duties.
• Six Sigma working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit documentation for compliance with agency/regulatory/reimbursement standards.
• Provide recommendations and implementation support when processes do not support positive outcomes.
• Promote COA, DCFS and Medicaid recertification through procedure development and data collection; assist with reviews.
• Lead and train departments in performance improvement activities and monitor projects.
• Establish and maintain action plans to improve key performance indicators and manage policy updates.
