Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human service or related field; two years of human service or related experience.
• No special license or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization, planning, development, implementation, and coordination of a continuous quality improvement plan.
• Monitor, evaluate, train agencies providing health care and transportation services to older adults to assist them in living independently in their homes.
• Conduct site visits and audits to determine compliance with contract requirements and regulatory rules.
• Prepare reports, plans of correction, and correspondence for agencies and maintain tracking systems for agency performance.
• Provide technical assistance to agency administrators to improve regulatory compliance and service delivery.
