Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program Improvement: Recommend program improvements through case reading and trend analysis (25%).
• Program Effectiveness: Lead projects to improve licensing program and staff effectiveness (25%).
• District Reports: Prepare reports summarizing analyses and justify changes; develop action plans (30%).
• Professional Development: Maintain knowledge through continuing education and train staff (10%).
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks with professionalism (10%).
