Job summary

Responsibilities

• Program Improvement: Recommends and identifies program improvements through analysis of trends and QA reports.
• Program Effectiveness: Institutes projects to improve licensing program and staff effectiveness.
• District Reports: Prepares reports to summarize analysis and justify changes; develops action plans.
• Professional Development: Maintains current knowledge through continuing education and provides trainings.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Performs tasks as needed with professionalism.
