Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, or related field.
• Two years of experience in compliance or regulatory monitoring.
• One year of experience with Texas child welfare system (DFPS, Child Placing Agency, GRO/RTC, or Single Source Continuum Contractor).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees quality and compliance monitoring activities and reporting.
• Supports onboarding and site visits with Network Providers.
• Manages corrective actions and CAPs.
• Collaborates with program teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory standards and audits.
