Textron is seeking a Front Line Leader, Quality for the 2nd shift at the Drives System Center (DSC) in Fort Worth, TX. The role oversees daily quality activities for union-covered employees in a high‑volume production environment and drives safety, quality, and cost metrics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing, with experience managing a unionized workforce and familiarity with MES/SAP and AS9100.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required OR 5+ years quality leadership in manufacturing; HS diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum five years of directly related quality experience or a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Quality audits experience and AS9100 knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce is strongly desired.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily quality activities for union-covered employees in a production environment.
• Drive performance, safety, and quality of work while managing cost and employee relations.
• Ensure objectives are achieved within a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, etc.).
• Develop and implement process improvements and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
