Job summary

Bell Textron in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Front Line Leader in Quality for our Rotors Service Center. This on-site role supports a 9/80 schedule with mandatory OT on weekends.

You will direct daily quality activities for union-covered staff and drive safety, cost, and performance in a production environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least five years of leadership in aerospace/manufacturing quality, with union experience and AS9100 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct quality leadership in aerospace/automotive/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce preferred.
• Quality audit experience and AS9100 knowledge preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training/experience preferred.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for team productivity and quality objectives.
• Manage according to the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Collaborate across functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, etc.).
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
