Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead operations at the Northlake, TX plant. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency while fostering a positive work environment for employee-owners.

You will coach and train team members, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive on-time customer delivery. The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with ESOP benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or B.S degree from a 4 year college or university.
• Three to five years related experience in a supervisor position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Has high standards of performance for self.
• Takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes.
• Keeps accuracy and reliability in tasks and demonstrates integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned processes with detailed accuracy, and discipline.
• Coaches and assist all employees with problem solving, and personal issues.
• Train team members on processes and certify them to satisfy progression on the skills matrix.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to customer demands and scheduling.
• Monitor production quality and throughput.
• Directs team leaders, material handlers, operators, and support groups on daily task.
• Conduct toolbox talks daily to remind employees of safety and quality standards.
• Follow company procedures for production identification, traceability, and inventory movements.
