Bell Textron Inc. is seeking a Front Line Leader in Grand Prairie, Texas to supervise daily manufacturing for up to 25 union-covered employees, driving economy of operations and high throughput to ensure profitable production of parts.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Quality and other teams while upholding the local Collective Bargaining Agreement. The on-site role at the Drive Systems Center operates on Third Shift with rotated weekend OT, emphasizing leadership,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of manufacturing or military experience.
• Effective interpersonal, leadership, communication and organization skills.
• Goal-oriented and data driven with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assign, manage and direct daily manufacturing activities for up to 25 union-covered employees.
• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports.
• Conduct disciplines of employees when necessary.
• Manage in accordance with the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Provide metrics driven accountability for TAKT, earned hours, efficiency, schedule, overhead and overtime.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to achieve objectives in a matrix environment.
