ABB Inc. seeks a Quality Engineer to lead customer-facing quality initiatives and act as the technical authority on ABB Critical Power projects. You will coordinate with service, engineering, factory, and product management to resolve quality issues and ensure delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in electrical distribution or power systems, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with remote collaboration. Remote work is supported with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Serve as ABB's primary customer contact for quality and technical issues with action plans and timelines.
• Act as the technical and design authority for engineering deliverables on moderate-to-high complexity projects.
• Review and approve designs, perform verification, and ensure safety and quality documentation.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, testing, service, supply chain, and product management.
