Job summary

You will coordinate inspections with DCMA QAR, support final inspections, and develop clear, user-friendly content that translates complex technical data into practical guidance for production teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong writing and documentation abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting procedures and instructions.
• ATF position and export control awareness.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or defense environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documents including SOPs, manuals, guides, and FAQs.
• Lead development of inspection plans and related program documents.
• Prepare Final Shipment packets and ammo data cards.
• Support root-cause analysis using lean tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and SMEs to gather information.
• Structure content for maximum reader comprehension and add visuals.
• Ensure consistency in terminology and formatting.
• Coordinate with DCMA QAR for inspections.
• Perform calibration of equipment/gages.
• Assist with receiving, in-process, glass room, and final inspections.
